Division III/ College Soccer?
I want to play division III soccer in the school I get in but I don't have a lot of history in soccer. I played with a club until I entered high school and I quit that team until now (my senior year) I returned. Never played in HS but I tried out this senior year but couldnt finish tryouts because of an injury.
I played every now and then through high school and people told me I was really good. I will play for the club when I get better until I head for college. I really love playing and would do anything to play.
I want to play as goalkeeper but I dont know if I can do it. Was it too late for me to return to soccer or is there a chance of me playing?
its never too late. that may sound like a cliche but its the truth. if deep down you really want to play soccer in college than start training. make sure you get on a club, have someone record you on video while playing in a match for your club and then send that video out to colleges and see if any1 will take you. start practicing now though. its never easy but if you practice in the winter you will get a lot better. if the colleges you send your video to dont like you try other places. dont give up and if you have to be a walk on at tryouts. but if you are good like you friends say a DIII college should be interested. good luck hope i helped. cheers
