Guide to Farmville Levels

Each level in Farmville allows you to unlock certain crops, gain a new title, and buy new items. The following is a concise rundown of how the game progresses through the first few levels.

You can read our Ultimate Farmville Guide to master the intermediate to advanced levels of play!

Field Hand
Newbies get a small section of land and 200 coins. You need to plow a 12x12 field so that you can move on to the next level. You currently have no items unlocked and cannot send anything.

Kinder Farmer
You unlock hay bales and plum trees, also gaining the ability to send plum trees. Get 20 XP to move to the next level.

Amateur Farmer
You unlock colored hay bales, also gaining the ability to give fig trees and green hay bales. Get 40 XP in order to move to the next level.

Able Farmer
You can send peach tress and you unlock squash seeds, crates, rest tent, chickens, and peach trees . You need to get 90 XP to move to the next level.

Handy Farmer
You unlock pumpkin seeds, white plus brown stools, also gaining the ability to send avocado trees. For you to reach the next level, you must get 200 XP.

If you concentrate on planting and harvesting rather than buying decorations for your field, you will level rather quickly in these early levels. You can always purchase those things later. Look at a growing chart to figure out which crops will offer you the best return for the time and coins and cash you currently have (see Farmville Crops for help with that chart!).

Nimble Farmer
You can send horse topiary. You need to get 350 XP in order to go to the next level.

Savvy Farmer
You can gift lemon trees and sheep plus you unlock rice seeds, butter churn, well, lemon trees and sheep. 550 XP til the next level.

Fancy Farmer
You can give apricot trees and you unlock raspberry seeds, wood pile, and tool shed . 800 XP til the next level.

Sophisticated Farmer
You unlock cotton seeds, cow topiary, bike, plus wagon. However, you do not gain any new gifts. To move to the next level, you need to get 1300 XP.

Splendid Farmer
You unlock fruit stand, picnic table, wood fence, and lime tree, also getting the ability to send lime trees and pigs. 1800 XP til the next level.

At this time you should have built up a fairly decent amount of coins. It is okay to use your money on decorations but be sure that your account balance never falls below 10,000 coins. If you lose a whole crop by accident, this will permit you to replant.

Farming Magician
You unlock bell pepper seeds and stone mailbox, also getting the ability to give grapefruit trees. For you to go to the next level, you must get 2300 XP.

Farming Wizard
You unlock pepper seeds, tractors (red or pink), and wheelbarrow, also getting the ability to gift rabbits. In order for you to move to the next level, you should get 2800 XP.

Jolly Rancher
You unlock the grain silo, pink fence, wood bench, and harvester, also gaining the ability to give the goat topiary. You need to get 3300 XP to move to the next level.

Produce Professional
You unlock aloe vera seeds, black/blue/green fence, and seeder, also gaining the ability to send banana trees. You've unlocked all the vehicles in the game at this time. To reach the next level, you should get 3900 XP.

Professor of Agriculture
You unlock pineapple seeds, covered wagon, and workshop, also getting the ability to send ducks. For you to move to the next level, you should get 4500 XP.

Well done!  You're well on the road to the highest level, Level 70. Purchase vehicles, expand wisely, and keep planting those crops.

Intermediate/advanced songs to play on electric guitar?

I've been playing electric guitar for couple years and I need some advanced songs to play on it.
I can play:

Cliffs of Dover
Stair Way to Heaven
Crazy Train
Eruption
Surfing With the Aliens
Knockin' on Heaven's Door
Hells Bells
Sweet Child O' Mine
Back in Black
Highway to Hell
You Shook Me All Night Long
Lot of Green Days

Oh, and I hate metals, so.. any suggestions?

Why Is the Law So Either/Or? (Volokh)

(Leo Katz, guest-blogging) One of the main things a law teacher does in class
is to explore the boundary regions of a legal doctrine—the hard-to-categorize
cases that are most likely to give rise to litigation: Is it an assault for a
man to kiss a sleeping woman? Has the hunter acquired ownership of a wild
animal when one [...]
