How to take diplomatic action against a foreign national?

I am a US citizen who has been working in Seoul, S. Korea for the past 5 months as an English teacher. I recently put in my papers to resign from my post because of harassment I've endured on a daily basis, from two co-workers working the same position but they've been with the company longer.

One is an Australian national whose permanent residence is in Thailand; the other is a Canadian national who now calls Korea home. I have complained to the higher-ups in the company but nothing has changed. These two co-workers have slandered me, spread false information about me, and have done everything they can to make me out to be a person of poor character.

This job was the highest paying I've ever had, and now I'm going home to the US, leaving the position solely because of the work environment I had to endure in Korea.

Please advise. No one should get away with this sort of behavior in any work place.

Your problem is basically dead in the water. You cannot take diplomatic action against them as they are not diplomats. If the employer doesn't listen to anyone else, they wouldn't move a finger.
