The only person Jr is letting down is his team and his self. Everyone has high expectations for their favorite driver, so the other 42 drivers that don't win would be letting their fans down too if that was the case. As others have stated, if you were a true fan you would weather the storm with him, but unfortunately for you and the rest of Jrs fans, this is a storm that will have catastrophic results. Richmond is one of his better tracks, so everyone thought, and you seen his results. Until Rick finally gets the balls to tell Jr how its gonna be, and get him a new crew chief, you might as well get used to your let downs if thats what you want to call it. Whatever, he's not the driver I root for. Never was. Never will. Its a shame all the pressure from his fans and everyone else has ruined him. He can't handle it. I'll actually be glad when he's out of NASCAR so the rest of us don't have to put up with his sh*t anymore.
